- Lead all technical SEO activity for our Shopify website, including site audits, crawl health, indexing, site architecture, and resolving any performance issues.
- Manage and continuously improve Core Web Vitals performance (LCP, CLS, INP), working alongside our development team on page speed, image optimisation, and frontâend improvements.
- Ensure correct implementation of structured data, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, robots.txt, and redirect strategies.

- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager on crossâchannel strategies that maximise overall digital visibility.
- Act as the internal SEO authority, educating and supporting wider marketing and trading stakeholders on best practice.
Person Profile

- A proactive testing mindset â always looking for the next improvement, never satisfied with 'good enough'.
- A love of the outdoors is a genuine advantage, though by no means a prerequisite!
