An exciting opportunity has arisen to take the helm of Tiso Glasgow Buchanan Street, our flagship outdoor store located in the heart of Glasgow city centre. For generations, this landmark location has been at the forefront of outdoor retail, helping customers discover the right equipment, clothing and expertise to support their adventures. Home to leading outdoor brands and a passionate team of colleagues, Buchanan Street is one of the highest-profile stores within the Tiso Group and plays a key role in our continued success.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially focused and inspirational retail leader who can drive performance, develop people and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As Flagship Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the store, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence and colleague engagement. Through strong leadership, coaching and clear direction, you will help shape the future success of one of the most important stores in our business.

Previous experience managing a large retail operation or flagship environment is required. Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering performance is essential. Confidence working in a fast-paced and changing retail environment is necessary. An interest in the outdoors or experience within the outdoor retail sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
