Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HSQE initiatives and alignment with company HSQE Strategy
  • Operational responsibility for delivery of NDT services
  • Operational responsibility for the safety of NDT personnel both on TEAM and client sites
  • Compliance with all company and statutory procedures and standards
  • Ensure project quality control inspection procedures are adhered to and are in line with the company quality management system
  • Be the operational focal point and liaison between the client and company regarding the delivery of work
  • Promoting the company's range of services and reviewing performance against agreed objectives/targets
  • Promoting integrated relationship with clients
  • Sourcing new client opportunities

Skills and Knowledge required

  • Significant NDT experience at a senior level
  • Current ISO 9712:2012 // PCN 2 NDT: MT, PT, UT3.1,3.2 minimum
  • Must have a sound knowledge of the fabrication process and can demonstrate an understanding of the key inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies and their application
  • Technical Apprenticeship or BTEC equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels with both internal and external customers

Working Conditions

  • Working as part of a team
  • Frequent travel to other locations including overseas as required
