Responsibilities
- Responsible for HSQE initiatives and alignment with company HSQE Strategy
- Operational responsibility for delivery of NDT services
- Operational responsibility for the safety of NDT personnel both on TEAM and client sites
- Compliance with all company and statutory procedures and standards
- Ensure project quality control inspection procedures are adhered to and are in line with the company quality management system
- Be the operational focal point and liaison between the client and company regarding the delivery of work
- Promoting the company's range of services and reviewing performance against agreed objectives/targets
- Promoting integrated relationship with clients
- Sourcing new client opportunities
Skills and Knowledge required
- Significant NDT experience at a senior level
- Current ISO 9712:2012 // PCN 2 NDT: MT, PT, UT3.1,3.2 minimum
- Must have a sound knowledge of the fabrication process and can demonstrate an understanding of the key inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies and their application
- Technical Apprenticeship or BTEC equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels with both internal and external customers
Working Conditions
- Working as part of a team
- Frequent travel to other locations including overseas as required
