Description

The successful candidate will join the European Portfolio Management team, overseeing assets across Europe, including Germany, France, the UK, Spain, and Portugal. The team aims to strategically grow, develop, and diversify the European core and value-add/opportunistic portfolio while managing existing assets. This role offers exposure to all business functions and supports capital raising and investment decisions across funds, collaborating to create value and meet investment targets.

The role requires a driven individual eager to evolve with the business needs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and monitoring the performance and business plans of existing assets
  • Developing, owning, and managing fund models, collaborating across functions for data gathering
  • Providing financial analysis on fund and asset performance to senior management and investors
  • Preparing quarterly reports for management and investors
  • Supporting capital raising with marketing materials
  • Conducting real estate market and economic research for strategic decision-making
  • Analyzing potential acquisition opportunities with the European acquisition teams
  • Performing liquidity analysis for each fund
