At Air Products, an HR Specialist will join the MyHR team to manage complex employee and manager queries, support key HR programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee and manager queries with accuracy and care.
- Support the delivery of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits.
- Maintain data quality and lead compliance across HR systems, including Workday.
- Take an active role in HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Drive and support automation and continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce issues.
Qualifications
- Solid HR experience, ideally including exposure to complex cases or escalations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday preferred).
- A proactive, solution-oriented outlook with an interest in driving improvements, automation and better ways of working.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions and geographies.
