The platform enables organisations to monitor activities across projects and departments, oversee reporting submissions, track impact and generate organisational performance reports through a centralised dashboard. By transforming fragmented information into structured intelligence, Gestrix Hub helps organisations strengthen accountability, improve decision-making and demonstrate impact with confidence.
This is a flexible, remote Sales Partnership Associate (SPA) role. As a Sales Partnership Associate, you will play a key role in introducing organisations to Gestrix Hub and supporting its growth across the charity, community, voluntary, social enterprise and SME sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential organisations, build relationships with decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities and secure demonstrations of the platform. You will engage with CEOs, Directors, Operations Managers, Programme Managers and other organisational leaders to help them understand how Gestrix Hub can improve operational visibility, reporting and impact tracking. You will also represent the platform at networking events, conferences, business meetings and sector engagement opportunities while working closely with the leadership team to support customer acquisition and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective organisations and decision-makers
- Generate leads and book platform demonstrations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and partners
- Present the value proposition of Gestrix Hub to organisational leaders
- Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain an active pipeline
- Support customer onboarding conversations
- Represent Gestrix Hub professionally at networking and sector events
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using CRM systems
- Achieve agreed sales and performance targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships or stakeholder engagement
- Confidence engaging with CEOs, Directors and senior decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Experience within the charity, community, voluntary sector, social enterprise or SME environment is highly desirable
- Existing professional networks within the VCSE, education, healthcare or business sectors would be advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools is beneficial
