Oswestry School is looking to appoint a part-time, experienced Teacher of Science, to join us in September 2026. We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner to teach up to GCSE across all three sciences and who is willing to play an active role in the wider Science Faculty.

Oswestry’s science teachers are supported by a technician to enable them to deliver an inspiring curriculum taught in designated science laboratories. The science curriculum is designed to ensure all students gain excellent skills and knowledge in both theoretical and applied science.

Oswestry School has a thriving boarding community that offers great opportunities for staff to become more involved in this side of school life.
