The Membership Sales Executive is responsible for driving student membership sales for TISA through direct outreach and promotion. Weekly Sales Performance Expectation (Mandatory)
Your weekly target is 25 student membership joins to TISA through your assigned reference. If the weekly target is not achieved, the remaining balance will be carried forward and added to the following week’s target. Consistently unmet weekly targets may impact your total monthly payout. This structure ensures fairness, transparency, and flexibility, while encouraging steady, genuine, and ethical student membership sales.

Payout Structure (Transparent & Performance-Based)
The role is structured at an equivalent of £12.50 per hour, based on 20 hours per week. Payouts are processed monthly. This is a performance-based sales role, and compensation is directly linked to achievement of weekly sales targets.
