Tiro are working with a great client who are looking for a commercially minded Paralegal to join their growing legal team in a hybrid legal and compliance role. Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel, and alongside the CFO and COO, you’ll support commercial contracts, corporate matters, compliance operations, ESG reporting, and audit readiness.
This is a hands-on opportunity with real exposure across their business. In the first six months, you’ll play a key role in supporting their journey towards ISO certification, managing policies, registers, and third-party due diligence, while also assisting with drafting and managing commercial agreements.
Ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, gain exposure to real commercial work, and grow with the business. There is a clear pathway to specialise in legal or compliance, or progress towards SQE qualification.
They are looking for someone organised, proactive, and commercially curious, with strong judgement and attention to detail. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required on site in London.
