You’ll work with recruitment and People teams to standardise workflows, improve reporting and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities * Act as the Greenhouse subject matter expert, supporting recruiters and stakeholders. * Standardise job creation and management across business units. * Build and maintain recruitment reports and insights. * Improve ATS processes and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting. Requirements * Expert hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS. * Experience with Greenhouse MCP. * Background in high-volume recruitment environments. * Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and experience making safe changes to live systems.
