We are currently recruiting for a Head of Delivery to join a high-growth startup focused on developing decarbonised data centres. Backed by one of the UK’s largest energy providers, the business has an established UK portfolio and is now expanding into the US and Europe.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial construction projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from qualification and planning through to execution and delivery. This role will act as the primary point of contact between the client and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with commercial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects
- Oversee qualification, planning, execution, and delivery phases
- Act as the main interface between client and external partners
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with senior stakeholders
- Drive projects through a RIBA-based qualification, funding, and build process
- Work closely with legal and commercial teams to support project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Strong background in construction project management
- Experience in Head of Delivery/other related senior level roles
- Exposure to data centres, critical infrastructure, or energy projects.
