Tiro are working with a great client who are looking for a commercially minded Paralegal to join their growing legal team in a hybrid legal and compliance role. Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel, and alongside the CFO and COO, you will support:
- Commercial contracts
- Corporate matters
- Compliance operations
- ESG reporting
- Audit readiness
This role is 60% Compliance and 40% Legal.
