We're looking for a hands-on Jira Service Management and Integration Specialist to join a well-funded, mission-driven organisation scaling up its operational tech stack. What we're after:
- Deep Jira Cloud / JSM configuration experience (workflows, request types, permissions, automation)
- Proven track record integrating JSM with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) or custom backend systems, including retries, error handling and sync patterns
- Experience supporting customer-facing service teams (portals, email ingestion, notifications)
- Comfortable translating messy real-world processes into clean platform design
- Strong communicator, equally at home with developers and non-technical operational teams
Nice to have:
- HubSpot or comparable CRM exposure
- JSM Assets experience
- Atlassian certifications
- Background in healthcare, research or another highly governed sector
