Hiring for an IT consultancy seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to join the team.
The Role: As a Staffing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing capacity planning across tech projects with our clients then aligning our internal tech workforce. This is a relationship-focused position where you'll work directly with internal stakeholders and the contractor network to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Capacity planning and workforce management
Aligning internal network of tech contractors to projects
Internal stakeholder management across the business
Acting as point of escalation for contract renewals& incidents
Ideal Candidate:
Strong relationship management skills
Background (5yrs+) in recruiting within technology sector such as software engineers, ai, data, product, etc.
Resource/capacity planning
Understands how to build strong teams
Experience working with contractors, understanding their processes
Preferred experience working in small/scale up companies
