This is a rare opportunity for a Strategic Development Manager to join a heavily funded, scaling business at the cutting edge of sustainable infrastructure. We design, build and operate decentralised data centres that recapture and reuse heat for homes, public spaces and industry.

As Development Manager, you will lead the data centre site development pipeline and partnership expansion across the UK, with potential reach into North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the pre-development pipeline and partnership development
  • Identifying and qualifying new data centre site opportunities
  • Coordinating third-party consultants and managing budgets
  • Navigating UK planning and power application processes
