Tiro Partners have recently been engaged by a renewables start up who have received £200 million in funding to scale. They have 5 UK projects live and a healthy pipeline of new opportunities. I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client-Side Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects on behalf of the client organisation. Acting as the owner's representative, you will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Essentials for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, preferably in a client-side or consultancy role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
- Proficiency in contract administration and understanding of standard forms (e.g., JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MRICS, MCIOB) are an advantage.
- Experience within the Renewables market highly desirable.
