Are you a technically-minded problem solver with a passion for SaaS applications? We’re looking for a Technical Application Support Engineer to join our fast-growing software company in West London. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have seamless experiences with our cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across our SaaS platform
  • Fix bugs / issues within code base
  • Follow and interpret application logic or code to pinpoint the root cause of problems
  • Work confidently with databases, configuration systems, and cloud environments
  • Produce clear, detailed technical documentation to support engineering teams

What We’re Looking For:
