We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a scaling SaaS company. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to closing deals, within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing them through to close. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing directly to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify opportunities and convert them into new business wins
- Build and manage a strong pipeline within a SaaS/tech sales environment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity
- Experience in SaaS, software, or tech sales
- Proven track record in outbound sales and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning new business
- Ability to work 3 days per week in the Staines office
- Up to £70,000 base salary
- 15% performance-based bonus
