A growing tech-driven eCommerce business is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex client-facing projects from end to end. You'll be the go-to Project Manager for multiple accounts, working closely with developers, clients, and third parties to ensure delivery across scope, time, and budget.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the lead Project Manager on eCommerce integration and platform projects
- Managing project plans, scope, risks, and budgets across internal and external teams
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting delivery improvements and coaching junior team members
- Championing best practices as a senior member of the Project Management function
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in eCommerce environments
- Ability and experience handling multiple projects at any time
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale eCommerce solutions using platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, or similar
- Solid technical grounding and excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of Agile (and other delivery methodologies)
- Must be UK based
