The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and optimise the most commercially critical part of a high‑traffic B2C customer journey — the moment where intent turns into purchase. This is a senior individual contributor role with end‑to‑end ownership of conversion, trust, and transactional experiences across product detail pages, cart, checkout, payment flows, and account creation. The work you deliver will have a direct, measurable impact on revenue, customer confidence, and long‑term retention.

You’ll operate in a mature digital product environment, working closely with UX, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to identify friction, validate opportunities through experimentation, and ship high‑impact improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conversion & Experience Ownership
  • Own and optimise transactional UX across PDPs, cart, checkout, payments, and account creation.
  • Ruthlessly prioritise initiatives that improve conversion rate, AOV, attachment rate, and customer confidence.
  • Design and implement trust signals, reassurance messaging, and friction‑reduction strategies at high‑intent moments.
  • Lead continuous qualitative and quantitative discovery to understand user behaviour and drop‑off drivers.
  • Design and run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses before development.
  • Translate behavioural insight into clear product opportunities and shipped improvements.
  • Own the roadmap for conversion and trust‑related initiatives.
  • Balance commercial impact, customer value, and delivery effort in prioritisation decisions.
  • Clearly articulate trade‑offs and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership
    • Partner closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, confidence‑building experiences.
    • Work with engineers to improve performance, reliability, and recovery journeys.
    • Collaborate with data, marketing, and growth teams to ensure consistency across the funnel.
  • Measurement & Impact
    • Define, track, and act on KPIs including conversion rate, funnel completion, payment success, and attachment.
    • Ensure robust analytics and tracking are in place for all experiments and improvements.
    • Communicate insights and results clearly to senior stakeholders.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience
    • 5+ years in product management, with experience at Senior or Lead level.
    • Proven track record delivering measurable conversion or revenue uplift through UX optimisation.
    • Direct ownership of checkout, payment, or other transactional flows.
  • Skills & Strengths
    • Strong expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experimentation.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear decisions.
    • Deep understanding of UX principles and customer behaviour.
    • Confident stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems with evidence.
  • Tools & Ways of Working
    • Experience with Agile or dual‑track Agile environments.
    • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Figma, GA4, experimentation and session replay platforms.
  • Background (Nice to Have)
    • High‑traffic B2C, e‑commerce, marketplace, or travel environments.
    • Experience optimising trust, reassurance, and high‑intent points.

    Why Apply?

    • Own a high‑impact, revenue‑critical domain.
    • Work closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams.
    • High autonomy with clear ownership and accountability.
    • Hybrid working with a collaborative in‑office culture.
    • Competitive salary and strong benefits package.
