We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG manufacturing operation where reliability, automation and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll be doing
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and automation faults
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment availability
- Driving continuous improvement projects that improve reliability and efficiency
- Supporting production through proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Working with site KPIs including OEE and downtime reduction
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and engineering excellence
- Coaching operators and sharing technical knowledge across the team
What we're looking for
You'll be a time-served multi-skilled engineer or hold a recognised engineering qualification (such as C&G 2346-03, HNC or equivalent), with experience in a manufacturing environment.
You'll also bring:
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience maintaining automated production equipment
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and the flexibility to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern
