With a strong order book, established customers and ambitious plans for expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational performance, quality and continuous improvement while helping shape its future direction. This is a high-impact leadership role offering genuine influence across the business and a clear pathway towards a broader senior leadership position, with potential future progression to Managing Director.The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take ownership of manufacturing operations, quality and business improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on increasing efficiency, strengthening processes, developing people and creating the operational foundations required for sustainable growth. You will play a key role in ensuring productivity, quality, delivery performance and profitability improve together.We are interested in candidates who have helped grow and improve manufacturing businesses, not simply maintain existing operations. You will bring: Proven leadership experience within engineering, manufacturing or precision engineering A track record of improving operational performance and delivering measurable business results Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems and continuous improvement Experience leading and developing both technical and production teams Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions impact profitability The confidence to challenge existing practices and implement meaningful change Backgrounds in precision engineering, aerospace, defence, medical devices, advanced manufacturing or other highly regulated sectors would be particularly relevant.Why Apply?
