As the V&V Engineer with a luxury vehicle manufacturer you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of dynamic and static vehicle validation events. This challenging role requires an engineer experienced in system testing, validation / verification engineering. You must be comfortable and competent in driving pre-production vehicles, including leading convoys and executing structured test drives. A UK driving licence is essential; advanced driving qualifications (e.g., IAM, RoSPA) desirable.

Your key responsibilities include
- Develop and manage detailed event itineraries and drive plans in collaboration with the technical team.
- Lead vehicle assessments during events, including driving lead vehicles and identifying customerârelevant concerns.
- Coordinate and deliver vehicle preparation, concern reporting, tracking, and validation of fixes in future assessments.
Your profile
- Proven experience in system testing, validation / verification engineering, with knowledge of at least one key automotive system (powertrain, chassis, ADAS, infotainment).
- Handsâon experience with dynamic and static vehicle testing, including familiarity with proving grounds, road routes, and test protocols.
- Familiarity with data logging tools, CAN analysis (e.g., using Vector tools or similar) and basic diagnostics.
- UK driving licence â comfortable and competent in driving preâproduction vehicles, including leading convoys and executing structured test drives. Advanced driving qualifications (e.g., IAM, RoSPA) desirable.
- Experience with tools for itinerary creation, route planning and event scheduling (e.g., Excel, JIRA, or bespoke tools).
- Ability to travel internationally & in the UK.
