The predicted salary is between 22 - 26 Β£ per hour.
As a Attributes Engineer with a luxury vehicle manufacturer you will contribute to the whole vehicle design and functional validation of new projects, managing the development, construction, delivery and update of Design Check and Static Validation properties, models and rigs to support Manufacturing release. This challenging role requires experience in the design and construction of automotive reference models and properties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Constructing show cars, demonstrator vehicles
- Managing design construction/delivery
- Managing external suppliers and projects
- Creating vehicle models - CAD Software Catia V5
- Demonstrating model/construction methods
Your Profile:
- Experience of design and construction of automotive reference models and properties
- Proficient with CATIA V5 and familiar with CAD PLM software (e.g. LCA or TeamCenter)
- Project management including: development timing plans/gantt charts, tasks prioritisation and critical path and risk identification
- Strong influencing skills and communication, with a commitment to building positive relationships with other functions, and Group or external suppliers
