We're recruiting for 3 experienced Business Analysts to join a major enterprise-scale IT transformation programme with a luxury vehicle manufacturer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded BA who can do far more than gather requirements.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenge assumptions, drive clarity, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
What's on Offer
- Attractive day rate - can be outside IR35
- ASAP start - contract review date 18th December 2026 with potential extension
- Hybrid - on site in Crewe 2 days pw
- 37 hour week Monday to Friday
The Role
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex change initiatives.
- Elicit, analyse and manage requirements from discovery through to delivery.
- Support business case development, benefits realisation and impact assessments.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
What We're Looking For
Strong Business Analysis experience within complex IT change environments. Experience with:
- Requirements engineering
- Process modelling
- User Stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
- Systems thinking
- Non-functional requirements
- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Confident stakeholder manager who can challenge constructively and influence senior leaders.
Experience delivering digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, integration or enterprise systems projects.
Desirable
- Manufacturing, automotive or other complex operational environments.
- SAP and Microsoft technology environments.
- Change impact assessment and customer journey mapping experience.
