We're recruiting for 3 experienced Business Analysts to join a major enterprise-scale IT transformation programme with a luxury vehicle manufacturer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded BA who can do far more than gather requirements.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenge assumptions, drive clarity, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

What's on Offer

  • Attractive day rate - can be outside IR35
  • ASAP start - contract review date 18th December 2026 with potential extension
  • Hybrid - on site in Crewe 2 days pw
  • 37 hour week Monday to Friday

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex change initiatives.
  • Elicit, analyse and manage requirements from discovery through to delivery.
  • Support business case development, benefits realisation and impact assessments.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

What We're Looking For

Strong Business Analysis experience within complex IT change environments. Experience with:

  • Requirements engineering
  • Process modelling
  • User Stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
  • Systems thinking
  • Non-functional requirements
  • Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Confident stakeholder manager who can challenge constructively and influence senior leaders.

Experience delivering digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, integration or enterprise systems projects.

Desirable

  • Manufacturing, automotive or other complex operational environments.
  • SAP and Microsoft technology environments.
  • Change impact assessment and customer journey mapping experience.
