Executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team. As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking as well as complex Internet searches. We'll want you to go beyond the basics of sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and source candidates through channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, complex Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more!
The role of Talent Scout is the first rung on the ladder to becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is dedicated to staff' continued development and training; the successful candidate will receive both "on the job" and external training and will be supported to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.
What we need from you:
- Degree qualified (or of "graduate calibre" - educated to at least A Level standard)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Personable (we are a nice bunch, you need to fit in!)
- Proactive, motivated and keen to learn
- Proficient in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet applications
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Detail-Oriented

NB - Tiro is a team focused business; we therefore do not offer fully remote working. After a successful 6 month probation, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
