A well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Witham are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to their engineering team. This role would suit an engineer who is on the upward curve of their career and looking to join a business where they can develop technically, gain specialist training, and build a long-term career. There is fast track progression available to management.
The company supplies global clients across pharmaceutical, flavour & fragrance, and premium spirits sectors and has invested heavily in its engineering capability and production facilities.

The role:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of processing and production equipment, carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, and supporting engineering improvement initiatives to maximise line reliability.

- Electrically biased engineer with strong mechanical understanding
- Electrical apprenticeship (NVQ/C&G level 3) and 18th Edition
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or similar environments
