Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 (1hr lunch break)
Friday 08:30 – 16:00 (30-minute lunch break)

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.
- Managing client queries with professionalism and care.
- Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate information.
- Preparing documentation, reports, and review packs.
- Maintaining meticulous client records in line with FCA compliance and company policies.
- Ensuring processes run smoothly, even during busy periods or staff absence.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in financial services administration is preferred, but we will consider exceptional administrators from other professional sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with Intelliflo is an advantage, but training is provided).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive working culture.
