Tiquo is building an operating system for the service industry, bringing booking, ticketing, scheduling and payments together in one platform. We help service-based businesses simplify their operations and deliver a better experience for their customers.
About the role
We're looking for a Product Expert to help our clients get the most out of Tiquo and help us make the platform better. This is a full-time, client-facing role based on-site in London, sitting at the intersection of customers, engineering and quality assurance. W e are also looking for people in various European countries.
You'll guide clients through onboarding, support them as their needs evolve, and build a deep understanding of how they use Tiquo in their day-to-day operations. You'll also test new features before release, identify bugs and usability issues, and turn customer feedback into clear, actionable input for the product and engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role combining customer relationships, practical problem-solving and product testing, rather than a traditional product management position.
What you'll do
- Support clients through onboarding, helping them understand the platform and set up workflows that meet their needs.
- Provide ongoing support, investigate issues and help customers get more value from Tiquo as their businesses grow.
- Deliver clear, relevant product demos to prospective and existing clients, and guide teams through how to use the platform.
- Review and test new features before release, checking that they work as intended and meet customer expectations.
- Identify and document bugs and usability issues, giving engineering clear context and steps to reproduce problems.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest practical improvements based on both client needs and your own testing.
- Translate client requirements into clear information for product and engineering, and keep customers informed about progress and next steps.
- Work closely with operations, product and engineering to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in understanding software in depth and helping people use it effectively.
- Clear, confident communication: you can explain a feature to a customer, describe a problem to an engineer and manage expectations thoughtfully.
- A methodical approach to troubleshooting and testing, with strong attention to detail.
- Customer empathy and the ability to build trusted, ongoing relationships.
- Organisation, initiative and the ability to manage several client needs and follow issues through to resolution.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-growing startup where priorities and the role will evolve.
Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, support, quality assurance or a similar client-facing technology role would be useful. Familiarity with SaaS platforms or service-industry operations is a plus. You don't need to have held the title Product Expert: we're interested in relevant practical experience and how you approach problems.
You'll need to be able to work on-site with the team in London, we are also looking for people in various European countries.
