Professional Competencies Expected Of a Food Technician
- Have a genuine and keen interest in cooking and food preparation
- Have an understanding of recipes, food ordering and food budgeting
- Have access to a car and have a full driving licence
Qualifications and Previous Experience
- A minimum of a grade C / 4, or equivalent, in English and Maths GCSE (all roles except cleaners, catering staff and exam invigilators)
- Have experience working in the food industry (preferable, not essential)
