The Role: What Youll Do
- Delivering engaging lessons planned by the class teacher during their absence.
- Keeping pupils focused, motivated, and inspired to learn.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, in line with the schools policy.
- Lending a helping hand with lunch and break duties when needed.
- What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors degree (in any subject).
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Previous experience working in education or a similar youth: facing role (highly advantageous).
- An Enhanced Child DBS check (or a willingness for one).
- EWC registration.
