Randstad Education is actively recruiting a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team at a vibrant nursery located in the Worthing area of West Sussex.

Your Responsibilities
As an essential member of the nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. Key duties include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Acting as a designated Key Person for a group of children, monitoring their progress, and maintaining accurate developmental records.
- Establishing positive and productive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and welfare are maintained at all times.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development.
Essential Requirements
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or an equivalent qualification such as NNEB, or NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development).
- Recent, relevant experience working within a formal early years setting (nursery or pre-school).
- Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong verbal communication, written skills, and good organisational abilities.
- A genuine commitment to working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
