The salary is up to 20% of the wet business and 25% of the dry business and rooms. Live accommodation is a stunning 2‑bed flat with huge space, done to the same specification as the hotel and stunning views.
About The Position
- You will have full financial accountability and stock ordering responsibilities.
- You will develop and train the team, taking on board all feedback and actioning where necessary.
- You are in control to generate your menu, including wine choices, beer preferences and food choices.

- Fresh food experience is essential.

- Great experience record, with a proven record in the industry and P&L awareness.
