In This Role, You Will
- Inspire Success: Use your industry experience to set SMART targets, pushing students to achieve their full potential in both practical and theoretical Joinery.
- Be Creative: Develop innovative learning resources from traditional hand‑tool techniques to modern digital methods to keep learners engaged and future‑ready.
- Be a Team Player: Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure our department hits its strategic goals and remains a leader in trade education.
Your Qualifications
- A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent).
- A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or the willingness to work towards them with our full support).
- Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to undertake these).
