About The Role

As a Lecturer in Brickwork, you won’t just be teaching; you’ll be mentoring. You will deliver high‑impact training across Level 1‑3 study programmes, adult courses and apprenticeships. From the dust of the workshop to the digital tools of the modern classroom, you will provide the spark that turns a student into a professional. You will be supported by a Curriculum Manager and work daily with Curriculum Team Leaders who understand the nuances of construction education. You’ll also collaborate with a wide net of professionals – including Technicians, Work Placement Officers and Personal Development Coordinators – all dedicated to one thing: the success of our learners.

Your Qualifications
- A Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Brickwork (or equivalent).
- A teaching qualification and Assessor award (or the drive and willingness to work towards them while on the job).
- Level 2 English and Maths (or a commitment to achieve these with our support).
