Location: Swanley, Kent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Salary: Up to £43,000 Starting Salary

Workshop Team Leader role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks. For the role, candidates need to have a mechanical background, ideally hold a Level 3 or equivalent, and be confident leading a small workshop. Training on the fleet of forklifts will be provided. Candidates from motor vehicle, any plant or aligned industries will be suited.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, being the first point of contact for the engineers. This includes managing a small team of workshop engineers, ensuring all work is completed on time, parts ordered, and all Health and Safety regulations adhered to. This is an ideal role for those seeking a very reputable manufacturer within a modern and organised workshop.
