Randstad Tuition Services is seeking a dedicated Tutor and SEND Mentor to support students in the Worcester area across KS1 to KS4. You will deliver high-quality tuition in core subjects (Maths, English, and Science) while providing vital mentoring and re-engagement support for vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 tuition in Maths, English, and Science tailored to students' needs.
- Provide mentoring for students with SEND and SEMH needs to encourage educational re-engagement.
- Develop personalised lesson plans and assess student progress.
- Minimum of 6 months experience within the UK education system.
- Proven experience supporting students with SEND (e.g., ASD, MLD) or SEMH.
- Must live in or be able to travel to the Worcester area for face-to-face sessions.
- Highly Desirable: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
