Our client is a specialist engineering systems provider for a multitude of industry sectors including aerospace and automotive. As an Electrical Design Engineer your focus will be on the design, development and integration of electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed electrical designs that meet the clients' requirements.
- Ensuring that designs meet national and international standards.
- Produce detailed supporting documentation including control logic diagrams and operating manuals.
- Provide technical support to both clients and the wider engineering team.
- Liaising with customers to gather technical specifications for projects.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to delivery.
Requirements:
- Must possess a degree in either electrical or automation engineering.
- Previous experience working in an Electrical Design Engineer position.
- Experienced in creating electrical designs on either EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Design experience in automated machinery or systems would be beneficial but not essential.
- Must be a team player.
