Our client is a specialist engineering systems provider for a multitude of industry sectors including aerospace and automotive. As an Electrical Design Engineer your focus will be on the design, development and integration of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed electrical designs that meet the clients' requirements.
  • Ensuring that designs meet national and international standards.
  • Produce detailed supporting documentation including control logic diagrams and operating manuals.
  • Provide technical support to both clients and the wider engineering team.
  • Liaising with customers to gather technical specifications for projects.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a degree in either electrical or automation engineering.
  • Previous experience working in an Electrical Design Engineer position.
  • Experienced in creating electrical designs on either EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Design experience in automated machinery or systems would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Must be a team player.
