Role Summary: QA‑based Calibration Engineer responsible for calibration, maintenance and management of inspection & measurement equipment across the manufacturing facility, alongside data analysis, root‑cause investigation and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate equipment to industry standards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Maintain calibration equipment and supplies.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Conduct equipment repairs.
- Analyse reports and identify trends.
- Investigate root cause and create departmental systems and procedures.
- Maintain departmental systems, procedures and KPIs.
- Train others on on‑the‑job training.
- Implement Kaizen improvement projects for SQDCP.
- Maintain HSE standards and control 5S to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills
