We are looking for Bank Residential Workers, Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers to join our Homes. Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on their qualifications, skills and experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities.
- Build strong, positive relationships that create trust and stability.
- Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment.
- Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals.
- Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required.
- Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people.
- Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes.
- Experience working within structured residential or care environments.
- Ability to guide others within a team setting.
- Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications.
- Senior Support Workers must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and have previous experience working within Children's Residential Care.
