The Forward Trust is seeking a Peer Coordinator for a part-time role based at HMP Send and HMP Coldingley in the Bisley/Woking area. You will develop and coordinate peer support programmes for adults in custody, recruiting and training Peer Supporters and Health and Wellbeing Champions to build confidence and support recovery journeys. You’ll work within an integrated healthcare team, travelling between sites to deliver peer-led interventions and build relationships with service users.
