We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across à la carte service, events, and weddings. This is a hands-on role in a supportive kitchen environment.
The Role- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Oversee service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Assist with events including meetings, private dining, weddings, BBQs, and buffets
45-hour contract: no split shifts
Shift patterns: 11am-8pm, Midday-close (9:30-10pm), or 2pm-close (varies by business needs)
