Role And Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across all manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs and work to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and contributing to long‑term engineering solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical) preferred; electrical bias engineers with a desire to upskill also welcome.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to maintenance.
City And Guilds 236 And 18th Edition Qualifications
