Just Wills and Legal Services is seeking self-employed consultants with uncapped earning potential and flexible hours. Opportunities are available in South West and Oxfordshire, as well as nationwide.

About Us: At Just Wills and Legal Services, we have built our reputation on helping people plan for the future with confidence. As one of the UK's leading estate planning providers, we specialise in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate, offering a professional home visit service tailored to each client's individual needs. Our consultants are supported every step of the way by an experienced legal team, comprehensive training, and ongoing development.

Role Overview: As an Estate Planning Consultant, you will visit clients in their homes, taking the time to understand their circumstances before discussing the estate planning solutions available to them. This is a consultative role, not a hard sales role. You will build trust with your clients, explain products in a straightforward and professional way, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their future.

You Will Introduce Services Including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate
  • Estate Planning

You won't prepare the legal documents yourself. Our specialist legal team handles all drafting, compliance, and legal work, leaving you free to focus on your clients.

The Ideal Candidate: You could come from sales, customer service, financial services, estate agency, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing background. We need someone who is:

  • A confident communicator
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Able to build trust quickly
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Honest, professional, and ethical
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle

The Opportunity: At Just Wills and Legal Services, we are looking for people who enjoy meeting others, building relationships, and making a real difference. Every day you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by guiding them through important estate planning decisions. You don't need experience in wills or legal services. If you are confident talking to people, enjoy face-to-face meetings, and have the drive to succeed, we will provide everything else.

Joining Just Wills and Legal Services means you're in business for yourself, but never by yourself.

We Provide:

  • Uncapped earning potential
  • The opportunity for high performers to achieve a six-figure income
  • Professional training from day one
  • Accreditation through The Society of Will Writers
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring
  • Full legal and professional indemnity support
  • Marketing materials and business development support
  • An experienced head office team to support you
  • The opportunity to build a sustainable business with long-term residual income
  • Flexible working that fits around your lifestyle

Estate planning isn't just paperwork. It's about helping people protect their families, their assets, and their wishes for the future.
