Role
As a Recovery Facilitator, you will play a key role in helping individuals transform their lives by managing a caseload of service users throughout their recovery journey.
You will
- Deliver structured daily group programmes and therapeutic interventions based on the SHARP model.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop person: centred SMART care plans.
- Support service users through the admissions process, working closely with Recovery Workers across the Essex region.
- Build positive, professional relationships that encourage engagement, motivation and long: term recovery.
- Maintain accurate records using client information management systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Flexibility is important, as occasional evening or weekend working may be required, along with travel to other local services to support continuity of care.
About You

- Experience carrying out assessments and developing SMART care plans.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds.
- A good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, with the ability to provide person: centred support.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms, with the confidence to support service users with digital literacy where needed.
- An understanding of the 12: Step recovery model.
- Knowledge and experience of psychosocial interventions, including facilitating structured recovery programmes.
- Experience using client information management systems to maintain accurate records.
