Design Manager for a national contractor working on a new education scheme near Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth. The contractor is one of the UK’s largest, operating across education, student and BTR, retail and leisure, mixed-use development and office marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team from bid stage through detailed second stage to site delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to win bids and produce costed designs.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality and delivery targets throughout the full life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Design Manager or Design Coordinator with full life-cycle project involvement.
  • Chartered status under the Building Safety Act is advantageous; non-chartered candidates may receive external training.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
