We're supporting a well-established, family-run business with over 40 years of success, now looking to appoint a New Business Development Manager to drive their next phase of growth. This is a sales-led, operationally credible role with real influence across the business, and a clear pathway into senior leadership.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract mobilisation, acting as the key link between clients and operational teams.
You’ll Be Focused on Developing Business Across:
- Hotel housekeeping
- Serviced apartments / residential housekeeping
- Hotel maintenance services
This role requires someone who can engage confidently with General Managers, owners, and stakeholders, understanding operational challenges and delivering commercially viable outsourcing solutions.
