Responsibilities:
- Strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- Responsible for a varied caseload, including estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills with tax‐efficient and trust‐based structures, probate planning and estate administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years PQE as a Private Wealth and Tax Solicitor.
- STEP qualification would be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
