The Role

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate tax, ideally within a transactional or advisory tax practice.
- Strong technical abilities and a clear understanding of UK and international tax rules.
- Either broad corporate tax expertise or a specialist focus, particularly in real estate or funds.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own caseload.
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
