You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department's ongoing growth and strategic direction.

Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including:

  • Terms of business
  • Supply and distribution agreements

  • Shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements

Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
